The Canadian Model Forest Network and its members have a group of partners who have different perspectives of their forest. Through providing forums for knowledge transfer, education and training we are developing tools for our partners and Canadians at large, bridging perspectives and facilitating dialogue for Canada’s natural resource sectors.
Youth Education and Training
The Canadian Model Forest Network's Youth Education and Training initiative encourages young people from Canadian communities, in particular aboriginal communities, to develop new skills and enhanced opportunities in the new forest economy, allowing them to bring their important perspectives to future forest management planning processes.
